Dr. Rosalie Toren, Director and Owner
Dr. Rosalie Toren is a licensed clinical and educational psychologist and a diplomat of the American Board of School Neuropsychology (ABSN). She is a member of the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), the California Association of School Psychologists (CASP) and also a member of California Psychological Association (CPA). In addition, she is a credentialed school psychologist. She has many years of providing comprehensive assessment and therapy for children and adolescents of various disabilities, emotional issues and cultural backgrounds. All of her qualifications cannot account for the care and compassion she gives to her clients. She enjoys running marathons, participating in triathlons and bicycling. She would love to help you achieve fitness and weight loss goals.
Ms. Elizabeth Harmon
Ms. Elizabeth Harmon has over ten years of experience in the special education field. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Italian and general education from Boston College in 2001. She earned her master's degree in 2007 in Speech and Language Pathology from Boston University. Ms. Harmon has worked with high functioning students students with Autism, cultivating pragmatic language and social skills at Ely Center in Boston. For past 4+ years she has been working as licensed speech pathologist at a non-public school for children and adults with Autism and related disorders. In her free time she enjoys running, cycling and yoga.

Dr. Elena Kozlova is currently seeing clients under supervision of Dr. Rosalie Toren.
Elena Kozlova received her education in clinical psychology аt the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, Palo Alto, CA, where she specialized in creative expression therapy. She got her undergraduate training at Moscow State University, Department of Psychology. As an intern, she gained experience working with dual diagnosis patients, people with various types of trauma and PTSD, social anxiety, phobias, and conducted support and process groups.
Dr. Elena specializes in working with trauma (emotional or event-based), as well as creative and personal growth. Some methods that she might use include metaphor use, creative expression, art therapy, Gestalt, EMDR, and/or Somatic therapies. Prior to her return to psychology and counseling, Dr. Kozlova had a successful career as a software engineer and manager. As a result, Elena has interest in career related issues, search for meaning, and creativity at work place. As a psychological assistant, Elena most frequently works with anxiety, depression, traumas, PTSD, grief, low self-esteem, coaching, psycho-spiritual issues. Elena is fluent in Russian and welcomes Russian speaking clients and clients from other cultures into her practice.
Dr. Joseph Miller
Dr. Miller is a credentialed school psychologist who has been providing psychological services in the school system for over five years. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Psychology. After receiving training in discrete trials with the Lovaas method, he went on to pursue a Masters degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and then a doctoral degree in School Psychology from the University of the Pacific. Dr. Miller has extensive experience providing behavioral assessment, consultation, and intervention services both in the school and home/community settings. As a psychologist, he most enjoys helping parents and teachers learn effective strategies to reduce children's behavior problems in ways that are positive and help foster overall improvement in day-to-day functioning.
